- In a large saucepan, combine orange juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, and reduce to low heat. Simmer 10 minutes.

- Remove cinnamon sticks. Stir in ice cream.

- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until heated through. Do not allow the mixture to boil.

- Serve with additional scoops of ice cream or miniature marshmallows if desired.

Because this recipe makes 6 cups, we suggest adding a shot glass (1.5 oz) of rum or vodka to the glass before ladling the punch. Alternatively, you can add 9 ounces (a little more than 1 cup) to the punch bowl. Just make sure kids won’t have access!
