LAMB – The times listed in the recipe card below are for rib chops, which are smaller than loin chops. If you are broiling loin chops, increase the broil time by 3 minutes on the lower rack.

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Place a wire rack on top of a large baking sheet.
